Frequently Asked Questions
Mailings are shipped during the first week of the following month. If you sign up any time during the month, you're automatically part of that month's Nymph Post Club. The first week of the following month is when everything gets packed — since these are original oil paintings, each piece needs time to dry, be varnished, and scanned before it's ready to send. Your mailing will go out by the end of that first week. Thank you for your patience!
NPC mailings are sent as stamped letter mail — there is no tracking number. This is what keeps the subscription affordable and the experience personal! US letters generally arrive within 1–2 weeks of shipping. International letters can take 2–4 weeks depending on your country and customs. If you haven't received your mailing within 5 weeks of the ship date, please reach out at hello@jimenaagra.com.
You can update or correct your shipping address at any time at jimenaagra.com/nymph-post-club/manage, or email me at hello@jimenaagra.com and I'll fix it before your mailing goes out. Please update it before the end of the month to make sure it's used for that month's mailing.
If you subscribe through Patreon, you're billed on the same day of the month you initially signed up. If you subscribed through the shop, you're billed monthly from your purchase date. To cancel, do so before your next billing date through Patreon or through your manage page at jimenaagra.com/nymph-post-club/manage.
